| Message # 10
A CALL TO SURRENDER Believe in Me, My People! 1. You are My people, Jerusalem... (I call you Jerusalem because you are the temple to be rebuilt)... you are Jerusalem, the new wine of your generation. I call you My people, because none other than I, the Lord your God, have created you. 2. Is it conceivable that I could turn from My children and forget them? Could a mother leave her children alone and not watch over them? If one of her children were lost or his life were in danger, could she remain insensitive to losing this child for whom she labored in pain and suffering? 3. I tell you, Jerusalem, even if a mother could walk away from her offspring, I, the Lord, will never leave you. Did I not promise to be with you until the end of time? 4. Hear Me, Jerusalem: I love you in such a perfect way. Even when I was angry with you because of your sinful ways, I offered My only begotten Son for you. He took a human body and died as a man so you could be saved. I permitted Him to rise from the valley of death and return to Me. By so doing, He made possible eternal life for you who were conceived in sinfulness and inherited death. He also fulfilled My wish that it be done just as I planned and foretold long ago, when I inspired My prophets to speak My Holy Word. 5. And so I now call you My people, because I am your God, Jerusalem, there are no gods other than Me! Hear, O My People, the Lord your God is God alone! 6. You are My people when you deny and reject Me! You are My people when, in your ignorance, you say "There is no God." You are My people, stiff-necked as you are, even when you doubt that I ever created you! I created you, Jerusalem, in My image. When the wisdom and knowledge of this world conflicts with my teachings, follow the faith of Peter who saw my glory and lives. 7. I am God and everlastingly so! Regardless of how many idols you fabricate, there is and always shall remain this Supreme Being that I AM. 8. I have power of life and death over all living creatures. They come into being when I choose to give life. No meteor streaks through the sky without My having planned it that way from the very beginning. 9. I created the physical world and placed it in your care, under your dominion and stewardship. I continue to create and to sustain all that I have created. 10. I speak the Word and it is accomplished. My Word obeys Me in complete surrender and fidelity, because in truth, I am the Word. 11. I am also Knowledge and because of this all people are invited to find knowledge and perfection in Me. My Son crucified revealed Me to you; I am the Father of Jesus and I love you. 12. The measure of knowledge and wisdom I imparted to you was only a seed. It was intended to grow, nourished by the Holiness and Grace that have been poured out for you. You were to water it and watch over it as the most precious plant in your garden. You were to nurture it and prune it until it bore fruit. 13. But there is a lack of caring, Jerusalem. There is neglect and a selfish attitude when instead you should be all-giving and all-loving. This is why your divinely inspired knowledge, which was to be gracious, has turned out to be worldly and imperfect. You have done this your way, and you are filled with pride. You become incompetent. Your mind slowly degenerates. Your lies and deceptions become your truth and your superstitions. 14. In My great concern for you, I call to you, because of your pride, your arrogance, your lies and your superstitions. I lay you down on My knees and punish you, because I am your Father. I leave you in the dark for a while, hoping that you will repent and seek My light. But you love the darkness and prefer to dwell in it. This is why you know so little about Me, Jerusalem! 15. Because you choose to remain distant from Me, you have ears but you do not hear; you have eyes, but you do not see. I ask you to live by faith, but you seek knowledge. I ask you to believe, but you question My ways. Live according to My will, I ask you, and you will some day be taken to a place I have prepared for you. It is My Heaven, your place of rest. But you may choose Hell by making yourself unfit for Heaven, if that is what you prefer. 16. Some of you attempt to extend your lives unnaturally. You search for artificial means to prolong life, even after the mind and soul have departed. I know that those you leave behind are reluctant to let you go, and you are afraid to depart because of the mystery that surrounds death. I understand, Jerusalem, but I tell you that to resist is useless; eventually you will die. 17. Oh! I know your thoughts so well. You sometimes want to die sooner than I wish. The reality of life becomes a cruelty and a torment you no longer want to endure. You want to end this life which was given to you freely and which you cannot duplicate. You do not surrender to Me your difficulties, that I may comfort and heal you. 18 "But I am free," you say; "Why can't I live or die when and in the manner I wish?" 19. No, Jerusalem, you do not have the right to take your life. This right I reserve for myself only. It is this reservation, born of My great love for you, that, in time, protects you and your dear ones when the world no longer respects the sanctity of all life created by Me, your God and Redeemer. 20. When every bit of morality and decency collapses; when mercy has departed from you; I am still here to remind you that there is a better way - My way. 21. There are those who want eagerly to make the choice of life and death for you, Jerusalem. But that is contrary to My will. 22. Many legitimate rights have been already taken from you and much of what remains will just fall by the wayside because you refuse to acknowledge Me. Jerusalem, this is how even great nations perish. 23. Because I created you, I know your needs. Because I love you, I respect your wishes, but I expect you to follow My commands. 24. Truly I create you and give you life. Surely you will die if you continue to disobey My Commandments - Repent! Jerusalem, Repent! Too often, you die because you try to find happiness in your way, rather than by following My decrees. The world is falling apart, Jerusalem, just as in the days of Noah! Your festivals and your celebrations are too often an insult to Me. You live according to your prejudices and your superstitions. In part, this is how you became blind to the truth of your own condition. You are the blind leading the blind. But the crypt awaits you, ready to engulf you. 25. The choice is there for you to make because I made you free; but make no mistake about where the wrong decision will lead you. Do it My way, Jerusalem, and I will be there for you. You can rely on My promise because I am your Saviour! 26. You are confused right now, Jerusalem, because the whole world in is in a state of confusion. In your state of mind, you search where you should not. 27. There is knowledge I keep from you just as I keep My face hidden from you - and there is a reason. I have told you everything you need to know to be saved. I have told you how to live - and how to die. I have given you My Holy Spirit to teach you about the Truth. It is all written and nothing new is to be revealed, except the new Heaven and the new Earth - My ultimate blessing for those who listen to My messenger and follow My teaching. My messenger is the one who occupies the chair of Peter. He shows you the Way, the Life and the Truth. He who comes to him in truth, in faith and in obedience I shall never turn away. Power has been given to him by My Father, so that whatever he deems forgiven on earth is forgiven in heaven, and whatever he deems unforgiven on earth remains unforgiven in Heaven. 28. Still you do not listen. You do not pray. But you continue to seek secrets of the supernatural life while you are still materialistic and sinful, and you are never satisfied. You search for knowledge of this world only, and this is never enough. 29. Instead of rejoicing in your God and his riches, you seek your own way in disregard of His. In so doing, you often reject the knowledge that gives eternal life. So many of My children, Jerusalem, die in their vanity and in their obstinacy, striving for the illusions of the world rather than seeking the Truth that comes from Me. 30. You killed the prophets and the teachers. You killed My beloved Son, the Redeemer of all, because you would not search your heart and accept him as My Son! 31. I am LIFE, Jerusalem! I have told you this many times and I say it to you again, hoping that you are listening. I possess all the knowledge you feverishly search for! Still, you do not come to Me; you do not look for Me; you do not call My Name. 32. Jerusalem, why are you so dense! You create your own "tower" and isolate yourself from me. Do you not know that others did it before you? Do you not know how they were punished for it? Why do you so obstinately look elsewhere? What do you expect to find? What do you look for in the skies? Other beings? Other gods? Why can't you understand how useless it is to live without me? There is no other god besides me! How could you ever grow without me? You have questions but you have no answers. I, too, have questions, but as surely as I live, I have the answers. 33. Alone, Jerusalem, you have no chance for salvation. I might have given up on you long ago but for the prayers of those who love you and intercede for you. I am pleading with you like a father trying to reason with an immature child. I am a patient God. But are you so sure that you will live long enough to repent? Will you live until tomorrow? Is the remainder of this day guaranteed for you? 34. Jerusalem, if I am not with you and you are not with Me, you have no love in you and no life whatsoever. 35. Although you act as a complete stranger to Me, when you show the slightest sign of loving, it is My love that you reflect. It is my existence that you unknowingly confirm. 36. How you express that love indicates how well you know Me. There is a spark of life still waiting to be enkindled in you. Jerusalem, you are fascinated with the thought of eternity. This is what I am offering to you freely. But you find it difficult to accept My offer. You do not understand that, in regard to real happiness, what you seek is truly what I offer to you. 37. You cannot fathom eternity. Its secrets and mysteries lie beyond your human understanding; far beyond the clay of which you are molded. I created the world you live in, the universe and the heavens. I created them in time and for a time, and even they shall pass away. 38. And what about your human body, which you would like to keep immortal by your own means? What would become of it at the end of time when all will disappear? Where would this human life stay to live and propagate if I did not shelter it? Would you create your own world, with your own atmosphere, as I did for the sake of My children? And even if you could continue your existence in this way, Jerusalem, what would keep your miserable lingering human shell from becoming your hell? 39. There are those of you who wish to have their bodies preserved by freezing, and revived in ages to come. What if future ages never come? What if you miss the time of your resurrection, which I promise and guarantee to those who love and serve Me well? What would you do, Jerusalem, if eternity passed you by? What if this frozen tomb becomes the everlasting prison you ensure and guarantee yourself when you sign a contract with the "merchants of tomorrow" who can hardly deliver today? 40. Surely, Jerusalem, acting as you do, I must talk to you as one talks to a little child. Your strong words of emancipation do not dissuade Me. Your tantrums do not keep me away. In many ways you are still a child, but where is your innocence? In many ways, you should be feeding on milk instead of solid food. 41. When all things are considered, will my call help you understand how tremendously concerned I am for you? I love you, Jerusalem, My people, My Church, My sanctuary and My body! You are all these to Me and more, because you are My child and heir to My kingdom. 42. I show you the way. I point out to you the road that leads to happiness. This road is running through My Merciful Heart. But you keep turning in another direction. You say that science must prevail; it is the age of reason and knowledge. You believe that your intellect will guide you in a reasonable way. You seek healing through psychology and, in so many other ways, you brush aside My call to you. You act as gods unto yourselves with no need of Me. 43. Let us reason then, Jerusalem, while there is still time to reason. Your earthly wealth will be given to your heirs or to others who have not labored for it. 44. If strangers desecrate your grave searching for valuables, they will also find the ashes and dust from which I fashioned you in My image. 45. The gold and diamond rings buried with you will be theirs for the taking. They will have no respect for you, Jerusalem, as they had none for Me. Even as I hung on the cross in agony dying for the love of you, they threw dice for My garments. 46. In their exhilaration at finding your treasures, the grave robbers will have no concern that they are desecrating the mortal remains of someone destined for immortality. They may not know your name, and surely your miseries will be gone with the memory of you. 47. But, Jerusalem, the disintegration of a human being is not at all as complete as it appears to be in the grave. There is a part of you which lingers on in misery forever if it does not come to Me. 48. Your civilization has problems with waste; all kinds of waste. You dump into the ground materials that are lethal; harmful chemicals and radioactive materials. Some you dump into the seas. Other waste you place into barrels and containers sealed "permanently," as you say. 49. Environmental problems relate to your material welfare. But I am speaking to you now of your spiritual welfare, which is infinitely more important. 50. You act as if this world is permanent. But you must understand that everything you touch is perishable, vulnerable and unstable. 51. Still, Jerusalem, I command the sun to give light to the dawn and the moon to illuminate the night. The entire universe dances in the wind of My breath. It follows a pattern of synchronization and rhythm that I, the Creator, designed and choreographed. And so it will remain until the end of time. 52. Jerusalem, you have problems discarding your man-made waste. But what am I to do with you when you yourself become waste? 53. Jerusalem... Jerusalem...! I give you intelligence so you can ponder this truth and avoid the danger that lies ahead. If you continue to sin without repentance, My judgement will fall on you more surely than the rising of the sun in the morning. I say this to you, because the sun also will cease to exist at the appointed time. 54. You use every bit of your knowledge to fight against Me. You comb the earth and the sky to find ways to repudiate My truth as revealed to you. You stop at nothing, no matter how false and devious, to try to develop worldly theories that conflict with My teachings. Because of My Son crucified, I am patient with you. 55. Death knocks at your door and it is I, your God, who shield you and protect you against it. Any breath you take could be your last. You are so fragile, beloved child! The insecurities of your own existence concern you and sicknesses overwhelms your body. I could heal you, if you would try to believe. Do you want to believe in Me today? 56. You believe in yourself - you do not believe in Me. Because you are imperfect, your faith is imperfect. Truly, I tell you, Jerusalem, your days on this earth are numbered because there is revolt in your heart. 57. Because you have a closed mind, hope never enters your mind, and it is hard for you to accept even the idea of immortality. You say that I am a dying god. The thought of an omnipotent God disturbs you. You can hardly wait to take over. You would deny your potential and your ultimate destiny. 58. You want to push Me aside! You ask Me to go away and leave you. This world speaks to your heart and tells you to follow your own feelings. You refuse to control your passions and you do the things I detest. 59. You think I do not exist because you do not hear My voice. If it were so, who would tell the sun where to set and the waters where to flow? Who would command the plants to produce fruits for you to eat? Who would arrange the waters and tell the rain when to fall or the wind where to blow ? 60. Jerusalem! Everything in the universe, seen and unseen, is under My command. I use the breeze to soften your summers, I use rain and snow to renew your land, and I use the wind to remind you of My power. I use the bolt of lightning to show you that it is I who command and control the elements. My thunder is heard throughout the world and My rainbow traces an impeccable arch in the sky just to remind you of My love and My fidelity. 61. Jerusalem, your reluctance to follow Me is yet another sign that you are not ready to accept My teachings. I will not force the issue. I will not make you go where you do not want to go. I am a patient God. I can afford to wait. But can you? 62. Jerusalem, My child, I gave to you freedom to live your life as you chose to. I have shown to you the way of the cross. You may wear My Son crucified around your neck. But, to you, it is only a talisman and a decoration. Why is it, Jerusalem, that so often the blessings I give to you become the weapons you use to rebel against Me? 63. You take my Holy Cross and break it, reshaping it into your own "sign of peace." Have you received My Peace which I give to my Church as I give it to you? 64. The meaning of My Son's death is not understood. Your actions show contempt for the sacredness of His sign of generosity and love for you. 65. Freedom of determination is your birthright and I will not interfere. I shall not take that right away from you as long as you live. You can work toward your destiny as you see it in your dreams and your realities. There are many paths, and you are free to choose the one you wish. If you wish to deny Me again, so be it! But My wish is that you live according to My will... that you follow Me all the way to Golgotha and serve Me well. Jerusalem... Do not turn back! Going half-way takes you nowhere. 66. I stand between the world and you. The choice to serve Me or to leave Me is yours to make. You know that you cannot serve two masters at the same time. So you leave Me, your God, your Redeemer, in whose yoke you find freedom and peace. You are indebted to Me for the life you are blessed with. But you choose, instead, the world that enslaves you with its imperfections and its evil. 67. So now, Jerusalem, you are openly fighting against me. You bite the hand that feeds you. How pitiful! Who gives the child the right to reject and to judge the mother who labored in pain to give birth! Is this the time when the spirit of the world takes control of the mind and soul of the people God created and turns them against God and their fellow human beings? Remember that it is your choice to accept Satan or reject him. 68. The flock may revolt against the Shepherd, providing a moment of excitement. But the wolf can smell anarchy and weakness as he prowls stealthily, ready to devour. 69. But, Jerusalem, is the masterpiece in a position to criticize the artist who created it? Does the work comprehend its reason for being? Is it not intended to please and glorify its Creator? 70. Truly, when the work fails to come up to the maker's standard, it will be destroyed to make room for a more pleasing work of art. Jerusalem, who is the Potter? Who is the clay? 71. For this world, Jerusalem, you are the ultimate creation. While still imperfect by nature, I reshape and mold you into glorious perfection when you allow Me to do so. You are My incomparable work of art. You may search the universe from one solar system to another, but you will not find another you. I have created you in my image. You are a unique creation of God. Why do you insist on searching, when I ask you to live by faith? 72. Why must the God of all creation be subjected to your denials and to your contempt! How long must I go on feeding and clothing you, who continually reject me! Should I react to your behavior with destructive anger? Am I a God subject to such reaction? How can I annihilate you while there is so much hope that you will turn back to me? Why are you trying to force me to respond to your rejections and challenges, just like your toys and your puppets respond to your manipulations? 73. No! No, Jerusalem, you really do not know your God! Secretly, you ask questions about me which go unanswered. In truth, you are not looking for answers, which are bound to challenge you in your faith. Instead, you develop theories which try to explain how you came into existence - theories that exclude Me, your creator. 74. You say that your ancestors were monkeys. But I created you in My image. Do you believe that I evolved also? 75. You dislike the truth you hear from Me. You look to others to justify your actions and there is always someone who comes to pacify you with the fables you wish to hear. The Devil does this work. Soon, he becomes your mentor. 76. As he grows in your friendship, he teaches you to trample upon My truth. No longer do you respect the sacredness of My mysteries. There was a time, Jerusalem, when you respected My teachings, even if you did not follow them. Your darkness was not as dense. You could still have believed with a little effort and prayer. 77. As you look into the mirror, Jerusalem, what do you see? Can you still perceive in yourself the pure soul I created? You study your environment and you are overwhelmed by the magnitude of the problems your pride and greed have engendered. 78. Where do you stop, Jerusalem? You find that with every question answered, there arise innumerable other questions. For every star you discover, there are millions upon millions of others being born, just as there is new life coming into the world at every moment. 79. You find cures for diseases, but new, deadlier ones develop. As you wonder how much more there is to know, you look into the mirror again. Suddenly, you find that your hair is turning gray. Wrinkles disfigure the beautiful features that were once yours. Where did the years go? Because there is no grace left in you, you see only ugliness where there is majesty. 80. Your failures and your incompetence weigh so heavily on you that you are no longer as tall as you were. Your memory fails you more than you care to admit. You wonder, with intense sadness, if you ever acted prudently when you had your youth and your vitality. 81. To you, old age is a curse and a burden. You are confused and you feel very much alone, adrift in a large universe. You concede how little you know and how much more there is to decipher in the immensity of creation. 82. Jerusalem, all this shows that you retain some wisdom still. I am not that far away from you. You turn to Me again, but only to blame Me for not making My ways known to you more clearly. 83. How much clearer need My Son's cross be to you? All along, you followed your own will. You did not listen to Me, nor to those I sent to you. Even now, it is not too late for you. 84. Take note, Jerusalem, that I have created all things for the good of My people. But Satan has brought evil into the world and you must distinguish the good from the bad that surrounds you. 85. As the sunset draws near and time ebbs, will you take a moment to know Me, your Father in Heaven... your God and Host for all eternity...? 85. Jerusalem, as long as you remain alive in this world, it is never too late to turn back. I ask you to return to Me, but you pass Me by as if I were not there. Come and bow before Me, your maker, I say to you. If you will come and surrender to Me, I will raise you to life again. I will open to you doors you never knew existed. I can break down barriers upon which you stumble so often. 86. You ask how I can do this. You are so far from knowing the things of this world, Jerusalem, how can you possibly expect to understand the things of Heaven? 87. Would it surprise you, after you wasted so much time looking for rainbows, that I was there all the time, near you? The things that baffle you endlessly I have revealed to the little child - the child you once were. 88. We met before, but you cannot remember. As you grew, you raised a wall between us until hardly any friendship remains. We once walked in the fields together and played a variety of games. Jerusalem, I made the world as small for you as the balloon you played with and held securely in your little hands. But later, as your vanity inflated itself, I allowed your world to take on greater dimensions. 89. Today, your world is crumbling all around you. You feel like a trapped creature trying to escape from an undefined prison. Your feelings are like a storm; they are a raging battle within you. Something is about to give, and you fear it will destroy you. You are a prisoner of a world that will not let go of you. You search for a way out. I am still here, Jerusalem, but still you look the other way. 90. In your panic, you thirst for knowledge. Pursuing mirages, you think you have found an escape. You cling as to a life raft in a raging sea. Among the various life rafts is the idea that some form of reincarnation takes place when you die. You cling to this idea because it seems to serve your purpose - your desire to escape. 91. You say that you will eventually live again in a different body, under the same sky, the same sun - the sun that I have created to keep you out of complete darkness in your time of exile here on earth. You believe you will have a different name, live in a different age. 92. Your hope is that your next life will not be as bad as this one. You could return as another human being, an animal, or even a tree. Anything - as long as you do not have to face the judgement of an angry God. You could progress or regress, it is all the same to you, as long as your merry-go-round keeps turning, playing the tune that satisfies you, and, in the process, keeps you away from Me. What kind of hope is this? What kind of happiness will these dreams bring to you? What kind of a future do you see when you look into your crystal ball? 93. You search into yesterday, trying to discover tomorrow. What do you find? The truth is this: Tomorrow is Mine and Mine alone. Follow Me, Jerusalem. One day at a time, I take care of you. This is my promise to you. But, in your impatience, your mind is drawn to the future. You become divinizers and clairvoyants. Your mediums and charlatans probe into the deepest and most sacred part of your being. They promise to reveal to you a past that will unlock the mysteries of your very existence. 94. Your false prophet, Satan, opens doors which, for your own good, I forbid you to look into. He "reveals" to you that once you were a king or perhaps a goddess of antiquity. You delight in these mockeries of truthfulness. You enjoy them immensely. 95. Long ago, Satan also deceived my first children in the Garden of Eden, where I placed them to live freely, except for one restriction. You see only what Satan wants you to see. You speak to evil spirits who have been ejected from My dwelling place. 96. They are outcasts who seek to possess your heart and your soul. They are adept at whispering enchanting lies to keep you away from Me. There is an unimaginable number of these spirits lost for all eternity. They prowl the earth, looking for fools who will invite them into the temple that is Mine - your body and soul, Jerusalem. 97. The Evil One tries to distract you with lies and deceptions so you will not accept the Spirit of Truth that I am. In your darkness and confusion, Jerusalem, you believe these lies. But you refuse to contemplate the Hell that awaits you if you continue on this path. 98. Many lost souls, angels of darkness have taken the road you are now taking in disobedience to My rules. They are frightened by their impending doom. In finding you, they find a diversion as they await the time when they will be cast into the fire of the damned. For them it is no longer possible to turn back. 99. While awaiting the Final Judgement, they strive to rest in souls like yours. They wish to possess you. 100. Beware! Jerusalem, beware! The abomination against which I caution you is knocking at your door. It is slowly filtering into your soul. How long will it be before you are completely defeated? 101. Listen to Me, Jerusalem, while you can still hear Me. My voice is like a whisper; it will not overpower you...I speak of resurrection and everlasting life. It is a promise for all who believe and follow Me. 102. The spirit of evil that speaks to you is real, but it is careful not to let you know that its destination is Hell. 103. First, you begin to feel the heat of the eternal furnace because you are treading so near to it. You think it is exciting. But now you smell the stench - and suddenly you long for the goodness that has become for you a dim memory. In a desperate, silent prayer you cry out: "Lord!...Lord!...Is it too late for Me? I am so troubled now." 104. I whisper My words of encouragement to you. But, before you can form your thought - your prayer - of repentance, someone offers you a can of beer, a shot of liquor, or provides some other diversion - and you forget My Name. 105. The devil does not want to go alone to his fate. He does his best to take you home with him. He is consummately cunning. He tortures you with doubts and fills your cup with forbidden pleasure. As you open the door to your soul slightly to his invitations and bribes, he peers in cautiously. He assesses the availability of the ground - the extent of your capitulation. 106. He realizes that you, the temple of the Holy Spirit, are receptive to his wiles - and he hurries in. 107. He then invites other wicked spirits to enter. Soon you are possessed by so many different spirits that you no longer remember the person you were - or the person you wanted to become. 108. You believe you are still in control. You say: "No one can tell ME what to do!" But you succumb to temptation after temptation - the stepping stones to Hell. 109. The demons will wreak havoc and keep at bay any good person or good spirit who tries to help you. Even your guardian angel is rendered powerless to help you because, with your own free will, you retain your inclination toward evil. 110. The spirits of doom will not leave you until you turn to Me in heroic fashion and invite Me to come in as your Lord and Saviour. 111. And I will come. I will not delay. But you must invite Me and, with My help, you must reject all evil. There is no other way, Jerusalem! 112. Many are attracted to My teachings, but seek Me in an imperfect way. They follow those who deny some of My teachings and who refuse to acknowledge Peter as the one whom My Father chose - and whom I designated - as the "rock" upon which I would build My Church. 113. The Roman Catholic Church, holy and apostolic, is My one true Church, Jerusalem. Take notice of this and follow My Vicar on earth. My mother protects him, uniting Her prayers with those of his faithful followers who pray for him night and day. 114. This is not the time to judge any priest of Mine who may fail you. Strengthen him with your love and your prayers. Then My Church will be stronger and My voice louder. I am the power and glory forever. I am the healer of all ills. Search for Me constantly - in Me there is holiness and Grace. 115. Believe in My Word and come to Me through My Church; the Church of Peter. 116. Jerusalem, I have told you many times that you were once Holy. I know the material of which you are made. I created you in My image. You are baptized in the water of cleanliness. You are My child, and royal blood flows through your veins because, in truth, I am the Prince of Peace and the King of Kings. When you turned against Me, I drove you from the garden I provided for your pleasure and enjoyment. I did not allow you to look at My face, because My face is Holy. When I created you, Jerusalem, it was a work of love. I was pleased with you as you dwelled in the land I gave you. When later you disobeyed Me, I punished you. 117. You deserved damnation. But because of My great love for you I allowed you to live, under conditions which would allow you to repent and not forever lose your salvation. 118. I try in many ways to call you back to Me, but you do not want to listen. During the day you are too preoccupied. And when you hear Me calling quietly to you in the night, you will not accept Me. The seed of wickedness that was planted in the world through disobedience bears much fruit. 119. That seed has grown quickly and it is infecting some of the good plants. The result is that many people are unable to accept Me as their God and, Jerusalem, you are truly one of them. 120. As a last resort, I sent to you My Son, to become your brother in life and in death. By following Him, you can be called My son also. He became for you the beacon of light that shows the way, because in fact, My Son is The Way - and The Light and The Truth. My Son and I, with the Spirit, are One God! I who created you am in the Son who speaks to you. There is very little that you need to understand, but there is a great deal to believe. 121. Your salvation and eternal happiness are possible only because of My Truth. Even when you deny My truth, Jerusalem, the universe is still subject to My laws, and mankind to My judgement. 122. But you want proof of My existence before you will believe. I hear you murmur; I hear you say constantly: "Lord, Lord, where are you? If you are really there, speak to me. Show me your face and I will believe." You want a sign! 123. Tell Me, Jerusalem, will the darkness of night remain if the sun shines above? Can the earth remain dry when storms pour rain over the land? Can the sinful face the Holy and not be blinded? So then, how can you expect to see My face and live? 124. When My Father sent Me to redeem you, I performed many miracles. I gave to you many signs and wonders. I restored sight to the blind and raised the dead to life. I sent My disciples into every corner of the world to proclaim the good news of salvation. They traveled extensively, telling all willing to listen that the Kingdom of God is at hand. 125. They healed the sick and proclaimed liberty to captives, as I did. You have received this message and you know that you must mend your ways and make straight the way of the Lord. Still, each day I am again scourged, crowned with thorns and nailed to the cross to die. 126. Jerusalem, why do you crucify Me again? Why do you test Me by asking for signs? You should know that the only sign that is needed I have already given - on the third day, I rose from the dead. 127. You are called to live by faith, and by faith alone shall you know Me. 128. It is in your faith and your surrender that I reveal Myself to you. Accept My will, Jerusalem, and obey my commandments. 129. If you do this because I ask you to, then, at the proper time, you will discover in a different dimension a new world that awaits your coming, and the place I have prepared for you at the table of My Father. 130. I tell you, many have been called but only a few will come in answer to the call. What I have prepared for you, no human eyes have seen, no human mind has conceived, because it lies beyond the knowledge of men. It is beyond even your wildest dreams to know these things I keep hidden in mystery. There are some still living to whom I have revealed portions of My blessing. However, Jerusalem, the language of men cannot express in any form at all the Glory of God's Kingdom. Only those who experience it through a special gift of the Holy Spirit have some understanding of it. 131. This is the way I want it to remain for now. The little I reveal to you, you do not believe; how can you believe more, when more surpasses human understanding? 132. When you first heard about Me, you were interested. Curiosity held your attention for a while. Now, you seem to remember only vestiges of a friendship that has faded away. When you learned about My teaching you said: "It is too much for any man to endure... Who can accept this kind of talk?" I am better, Jerusalem, than any explanation you will ever find. And yet, do you believe? Do you care at all? 133. Jerusalem, I assure you that no one will enter into My rest unchallenged. He who does Me the injustice of doubting My words is not worthy of My Kingdom. 134. Like a thief in the night, I will come for you. If I find you prepared, I will take you with Me into Paradise. If you are not ready, the judgement is upon you which you bring upon yourself through your own free will! 135. Jerusalem, I welcome your coming to Me because it is I, the Lord, your Saviour, who invites you. If you choose not to come, it is with intense sadness that I watch you go your own way, to your own destruction. I agonize again and again as you reject My Word and move away to unholy ground, destroying your soul; the soul which, when I created it, was a beautiful host in this temple of My Holy Spirit that you are. 136. I respect the choice that is the privilege of a free will. But death will take its toll, and there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Jerusalem, let Me once more call you to friendship while there is still hope that we can again become friends. 137. I died especially for you who are sick and in obscurity and I have come to tell you that you are called to eternal life. Please, do not waste My gift of salvation and life, because, sooner or later, you will have to render an account of what you have done with My gift to you. 138. You are precious to Me, Jerusalem, My child, you mean far more to Me than romances and fairy tales. You are real and alive now; My love is still in you. What is your answer? 139. History reveals that a man was crucified about two thousand years ago... a man who said he was God. This man rose from the dead, on the third day, to everlasting Glory. He returned to Heaven to sit at the right hand of God, His Father. 140. Some people accept this truth, endeavor to live by it and are saved. Others reject this good news and call it fable. In their rejection, they have caused a great number of My people to doubt also. It is a stand for which they will have to render account one day... what a sad day this will be! 141. Jerusalem, no one has faith except through the gift of the Holy Spirit. Few would believe if not for the prayers of My faithful ones. But faith is contagious in the same way that disbelief is contagious. 142. Although you may initially have faith, it will not last long if you do not water it with penance and daily prayer. 143. Faith comes to you just for the asking. Without this free dispensation of My blessings, no soul would be saved! There are prayers I inspire in those who believe. 144. Jerusalem, you would not be reading these words if not for the faith of the prophets, apostles and teachers who learned from one another - but first of all from Me, your Savior and Redeemer. 145. Even now, there are voices crying in the wilderness to "make straight the pathway of the Lord." But the world muffles these voices; ears are made deaf and eyes blind, except to the many distractions of the world. How sad it is! My people are hardhearted and shortsighted. Time is running out for them. 146. Jerusalem, the day comes in every man's life when he questions My existence or the wisdom of My ways. You change constantly, but often you regress, not because of old age, but because you become careless and reckless. I, the Lord your God, am the same yesterday, today and forever. The difference between us is infinite, as you know. But instead of accepting Me, you question My teaching. At times you distort it. How foolish of you to do this; it is only through My Grace that you will be able to accept Me as your Lord and Savior. 147. Jerusalem, if you come to Me and I find humility in you, I will bless you and restore in you the faith of yesterday. Will you come to Me NOW, My child? It is not capitulation that I require of you. Whatever you give to Me, I bless and return to you healed and multiplied. My promise is to give you rest, since My yoke is easy and My burden light. 148. Why do you not ask, Jerusalem? I can never refuse you or anyone else the joy of knowing Me, because Mine is the only Name given under Heaven by which man can be saved. 149. No, Jerusalem, I shall not refuse the gift of faith to anyone who asks for it and really desires My Grace. The desire must be genuine, even if it is only a faint yearning. I will not be fooled by your games and your deceiving ways. I will test you in fire and bend you time and again until I bring you to your knees and you confess that I am LORD! I wish you no harm, and no spiritual harm will come to you - unless you bring it upon yourself by staying away from My flock. Allow My shepherd to watch over you. My true shepherd is one who follows the teaching and spiritual guidance of My Vicar, the Pope. 150. Spiritual growth is a very slow process. But it can start at any time, even with your last breath. Just like a growing plant, it needs water and good soil to develop strong roots. I know your heart and your needs; you must be made aware that the LORD OF LOVE is knocking at your door today - and what a privileged moment this is. 151. Jerusalem, you must not only open the door, but also surrender to Me your hopes, your aspirations and the love in your heart, however little you may possess. Then, I will take you away from the occasions of sin and refresh you in the water of Salvation. 152. I detest sinfulness because I am Holy. I am a just God and all mankind is subject to My justice. I favor no one more than anyone else, and I shall reject no one who comes to Me in sincerity. 153. My arms are open to receive you whenever you call My Name. Jerusalem, if you truly repent, I will forgive you. Soften your heart and listen quietly to the urging of My Holy Spirit. There is holiness awaiting you and a peace the world will never know without Me. 154. Let your heart seek reconciliation with God and with your neighbor. Let peace be your motive and love your vehicle. I can mold you, change you and remake you into a creation of spirit and life. I will give you a new birth and set new hopes before you. I will give you a new name, written in the Book of Life because I am the One who baptizes you in the Spirit of Life after you have been immersed in the cleansing water of Baptism. 155. Live in this way, Jerusalem, and death shall never touch you. Jerusalem, this kind of thinking is hard for you to accept. I know you well! Your reasoning, logical, skeptical mind cannot explain the truth of God - and yet it is so simple to believe. Your theories and research on the origin of humankind consume you like fire... complicated dissertations and assumptions, coupled with a massive amount of data, confuse you as well as those who listen to your "wisdom." 156. Jerusalem, often, you call My ways simplistic. You believe that truth is found only in complexity and you fail to understand that which is simple and clear to those who know Me. You are still drinking milk because you are still unable to digest solid food. You have yet to pass the test of fire that refines gold. You must be cleansed... Come to Me, O Jerusalem, humble yourself before your Father. Begin by confessing with heartfelt sorrow that you have sinned; that you have broken the Commandments - that you have failed to love Me, your God, and your neighbor. There is no shame in such contrite sorrow, My child, because no man has loved enough except for the One who died for your sins. He committed no transgressions. In Him, I am well pleased! 157. Call My Name always, especially when you are in distress, and I will comfort you. I tell you not the time or the place, but I shall reveal Myself to you and remove every doubt from your mind. At all times, Jerusalem, it is My will that must prevail. I first love you and then you learn to love Me in return. But how could you ever love Me, the ONE you have not seen, if you cannot love the neighbor who crosses your path every day? 158. I call you to love even your enemy. "Love one another" is My command to you. It will not always be easy, but when you love for My sake, you have loved Me also. When you feed the poor and the hungry, because I have asked you to be charitable, it is I your God whom you are feeding. When you forgive your enemy and visit those who are in prison because I have told you to do so, then you die to yourself for Me, the way I died for you. You carry your cross, as I carried Mine. 159. In your agony, your suffering and your brokenness you shall see Me who was broken also. And I promise you, Jerusalem, that you shall see Me walking beside you with your eyes of faith more convincingly than with your eyes of clay. You shall look toward eternity with great expectation and longing because your eyes will have seen the truth and immensity of God. 160. The Grace that I breathe into your soul will give you the compassion and charity to await patiently My will and design for you. The Spirit of Truth that lives in you will then bid you to go into the alleys and byways to bring the good news of salvation to the blind in spirit and to all those who thirst for the water of life that I give freely. 161. Jerusalem, the world mourns with those who mourn and laughs with those who laugh. But I tell you that, as My follower, you will find happiness where the world finds sorrow. And you will encounter sadness where the world finds joy. 162. You will speak with the certitude that your message is that of the Gospel, My Good News to all people who are willing to listen. You shall love as I have commanded you to love because I live in you and you in Me. We become one with one another, even as My Holy Father in Heaven and I are ONE. If I repeat Myself often, it is so that you make no mistake about where I stand. My first requirement is that you come to Me willingly, obediently and in humility. Surrender yourself to Me, Jerusalem, because I am the Father who created you. I am the Son of God who died for you. I am the Redeemer who was promised long ago... the Messiah, son of David. 163. When I first came to you, you did not allow Me to stay. You had your own ideas, your own beliefs and superstitions; you were unable to understand. So, I came back to you under the promise of the Holy Spirit, the Teacher greater than all other teachers. Life, greater than creation - I am the Father... the Son... and the Holy Spirit - all ONE GOD; for ever so. If this revelation is still not clear enough for you, let it rest at that for now. 164. Search not, Jerusalem, into My mysteries which have not been revealed to you as yet. Already I have reminded you that as a child you drink milk and, as an adult, you consume solid food. There is a time for everything under the sun. Look not as yet to see My face. Await My time, Jerusalem, My moment of Grace for you. Moses, My faithful servant, chosen among the chosen, asked to see My face when he approached me on My Holy Mountain; Moses saw only My shadow and was glad for it. Try further not to imagine what I have reserved for those who love Me in return; in your finite state, you can only put limitations on My kindness and My generosity. 165. My ways are so far removed from yours; more than Heaven is removed from the earth. But you criticize My ways constantly! The canvas cannot tell the artist how to hold his brush. How foolish, then, for creation to criticize the ways of the Creator. Can the computer process data for which it is not programmed? 166. Never rebel against Me, Jerusalem! There are those who lose their salvation because they misuse the intelligence and power I give them. They turn My blessing into a curse by pretending to be gods unto themselves. 167. They choose to "reign" in darkness, rather than to serve in the light of My presence. For them, it will always be darkness and confusion which is only a small portion of their Hell. 168. Jerusalem, do not be misled! Hell is not the kingdom of Lucifer; It is his PRISON for all eternity. All the lost souls who mistakenly follow him will never see glory in any form. They will become demons and torture as they are tortured for all eternity! 169. The body is only flesh and blood and the spirit is weakened by passions and pleasures. You create idols and commodities with every new passion that enflames your heart. Worse, you make gods of yourselves. 170. Come to Me in your weakness, though you would prefer to come in strength. Come to Me in complete surrender, for it is truly My call to you to surrender to Me, your God. 171. In those instances my strength becomes your strength. This is the time, Jerusalem, when My Grace can heal you. 172. Jerusalem, I call one and all to hear and respond to My message of conversion through love. Nothing can keep you from Me except your own free will. None can resist Me when I set out to free you because you have called My Name! I separated the waters of the Red Sea to set My people Israel free, but I engulfed in these same waters those who defied Me. 173. I call to you in love, because Love is what I am. Come to Me in hope and faithfulness and I shall give to you real freedom. I will remove every true obstacle to your happiness. 174. But, understand Me well, Jerusalem, I do not promise you happiness in your life on earth... I will not deceive you with false promises or attempt to bribe you. Because of My death on the cross the gate of Heaven is open to you. The way of salvation has been made known to you. You need no wealth, nor do you need to pretend. If this is My last call to you, you shall not know it until it is too late. I ask you to come. But, whether you come or not, I shall be there, everlastingly so. 175. Jerusalem, if you reject Me and death overtakes you in a state of grave sin, You will look in vain for Me. You will seek eagerly to enter My Kingdom, but you will find only Hell burning before and behind you. You will cry: "Lord! Lord! have mercy on Me!" But solemnly I will tell you the hour of mercy has passed for you; enter now the reign of judgement. 176. Jerusalem, heed My call now - before it is too late! I caution you against the teaching of those who say there is no Hell. They say that God is too good to create a place like that. 177. Truly, Hell is not my wish for you. It was not My intention as I created Lucifer, the Angel of Light, the most beautiful of the angels. 178. But now, it is done; he obstinately committed and continues to commit the unpardonable sin of placing himself higher than God, his maker. He calls himself Divine. Because of this blasphemy, I cast him out of Heaven and created Hell for him and his followers. 179. Jerusalem, you have heard My call. You can listen to Satan and perish with him, or you can listen to Me and be SAVED. Hear, O Jerusalem! The Lord your God alone is God! You shall worship no "gods" other than Me. Amen and Alleluia. Come in glory, Lord Jesus Christ; come and save your people. I pray that I may always love you, glorify you, praise you in the deepest part of my heart. I love you, I adore you, dear Lord. May your name be revered in all the earth. May we who wait patiently for your return partake in this ministry to save souls in whatever capacity we fit into your plan. If it is in my silent prayer that I must serve you, let not my right hand know what my left is doing. If it is in my labor, let it be unrestricted according to your will for me. In your Holy Roman Catholic Church, may we who owe our salvation to your Crucifixion on Calvary always be one in you. May we accomplish your plan for us and live according to your expectations. We ask you to strengthen us so we may carry our crosses, in humility and sincerity, as we answer your call to surrender. Amen |
