Surrender your Heart to Mary Our Lady of All Graces

Most Holy Mother, Our Lady of All Graces, at the foot of the cross I surrender my heart to you. Please place it within your Immaculate and Sorrowful Heart so that, as your Heart is united with the Sacred Heart of Jesus your Son, so mine and all those for whom I pray will be united with His in the security that we receive only though Grace. Grace overflows from you because of your great love for us, your children, according to God's plan for the renewal of all creation.
